Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from luminel@fulfillhere.com as soon as you place your order. This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card for the purchase. If your item(s) are available, your order will be processed for immediate shipment (within two to three (2-3) business days). If your item is on backorder (as stated during purchase), we will process your order as soon as the item(s) are back in stock.

We will send you tracking information once your order is processed to the e-mail address provided while checking out. If you do not receive tracking information within seven (7) business days of placing your order, please follow up with us at customerservice@luminel.com.
